Founded in 2007 by Julia Kerr Henkel, the company and its global network of professional coaches, change management, leadership and organisational development consultants partner with corporate in-tact teams, executives, professional and private individuals, coaches, teachers, parents and young adults as they bravely and skillfully transition through organizational, professional and personal change.
